“Do” is the Irish Gaelic word for "Your" so we chose the name 'Do Falafel' to show that our falafel has an authentic flavour but is made locally. Our passion is bringing fresh and delicious middle eastern and mediterranean food options to Dublin 2. Our vision is to cater for the growing vegan and vegetarian market as well as meat lovers.
We were inspired to add the voice of our city to the chorus of beautiful and diverse cultures who call this cuisine their own, and to create our own unique version of the street food of the Mediterranean.

There are many benefits to eating our falafel: they are a healthier and tastier option and keep you filling fuller for longer, the variety of spices we use help your digestion and immune system. ‘Do Falafel’s’ falafel recipe is 100% VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE and also high in PROTEIN. We also recently introduced an open buffet salad bar with 12 or more options made fresh daily on our premises by our experienced Moroccan chef. These include Broccoli Salad, Couscous Salad, Quinoa Salad, Veggie Salad, Hummus and Baba Ganoush.
